- Contract: Minimum 12-month term applies

Note:
All memberships are managed through Debitsuccess for your convenience. A transaction fee may apply to your weekly payments. If you have any questions regarding your payments, please call Debitsuccess at 0800 481 0400. They can assist you with payment queries, and you may also need to complete a cancellation form if you wish to cancel your membership. Remember to bring photo identification for your gym induction, and if you have any specific needs or concerns, don’t hesitate to ask during your orientation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I visit The Gym on a casual pass?
Yes we offer a concession pass for 10 visits for $150.Please email us for more information.
What is the Joining and Access Key fee?
Our startup fee is $30 per member. This covers the cost of setting up the membership and the key card and induction of our members.
What is the transaction Fee?
The $1.20 transaction fee covers the cost of the direct debt activities.
Who should I speak to if I have a question about my membership?
You can call or email us to discuss your membership.
Can I put my membership on hold?
You can place a temporary freeze on your membership. Talk to us or view our terms and conditions for more information.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
You can ask to cancel your membership by emailing or calling us. Please note that there is a 30 days notice period.
Can I pay in advance?
If you wish to pay in advance we offer 6 and 12 month options along with our weekly, fortnightly or monthly options. To pay in advance you will have to come in to the gym.
Does The Gym offer Personal Training or Fitness Classes?
Yes, The Gym has on site at set times independent expert personal trainers offering tailored programmes and mentoring to assist you to achieve your goals. Please note that personal training is only available for members and payment is made directly to the Personal Trainer. We do not currently offer fitness classes.
What equipment is offered?
Functional, cardio and strength training equipment are available as well as stretching areas.
Do you offer Corporate/Company Rates?
You may receive a preferred partnership start-up discount on selected membership options, if you are an employee of a company that we have a current corporate discount agreement with.
Do you have Student Rates?
If you are a student, you may be eligible to receive a reduced start-up fee of $10 & 10% off 12-month Membership. You must show a current valid student card and be at least 14 years old to become a member however conditions apply.
Do you offer Senior Rates?
We do. We have a membership for those over 65, please email or call us to discuss.
Do you have security cameras?
We do. These are positioned to provide security for you and your belongings. They are not in the shower or toilet area. Cameras are at the front door, reception, in the gym area and covering the access to the showers and the carpark.
What happens if I feel unsafe or get hurt?
We have a duress ( system on site. If you feel unsafe or get injured and need assistance, push the button and someone will be there within 5 minutes. If you feel unsafe call 111 and ask for Police then push the duress button.
Do you have a defibrillator?
Yes, we also have a comprehensive First Aid kit available for members use.
